WHOLE PROJECT DESIGN AND LAYOUT
1.Conveying System
Combined bottle chain conveyor or bottle air conveyor with main producing machines,middle speed anto filling system supplied by our Company,could control all equipments on the line to work in best condition,all equipment can be adjusted automatically according to existing condition of them, in order to reduce wear-out of parts,save labor.
This conveying system is mainly used in bottled production line to transfer bottles to following positions:bottle washer,filler and labeler. All parts are made of stainless steel or harmless plastic material. The whole machine has performances of no toxin,no noise and pollution.
2.AUTO BOTTLE BLOW MOLDING MACHINE
KD-88 Type Full Automatic Two Step Bottle-blowing Machine is suitable for producing PET/PC/PP/PE bottles designates for packaging mineral water, beverage, edible oil, pesticide, cosmetic, medicine bottles by blowing molding. It automatically controls temperature,auto-loader,released mold by robot. Its features is small size, low energy consumption, low price,easy to operate and maintain etc. Most output is 1600--1800 pieces/hr.
3.AUTO BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER
YLP SERIES ROTARY AUTO BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER
YLP series rotary unscrambler is special designed as complete set for rinser/filler/capper monobloc and with the latest international technology. The bottles are transfered through neck guided air conveyor to the monobloc after unscrambling from the unscrambler with fast,high efficiency and sanitation. It is satisfied for high speed filling request, and also raise production efficiency of the whole line. The air conveyor can also be used for aseptic filling line after take some modification.
